Preparation for the workshop:

Collect and write down the regional recipes (starters, main-dish, desserts) especially: cakes (“fingerfood” for the last evening)
Inform yourself about your regional eating habits and “eating culture”
If you have special ingredients (e.g. spices) for the cooking, please bring them to Hattingen

During the workshop:

Explanation and demonstration of one´s “eating culture”, habits etc.
Excursions …

Presentation of the workshop-results
